One day, together, looking at your firm the way your market sees it. You leave knowing which of the four pillars is holding your budgets down, and what to do about it first. Most firms come in convinced it's marketing. It rarely is.
What it is
A structured one-day diagnostic across the four pillars: Positioning, Expertise, Sales, Marketing. We look at what you sell, how you're seen, what you charge, and where the work comes from. You get a written assessment, a ranked list of gaps, and a recommendation for what to do next — with me or without me.
Why it's needed
You're stuck at the same budgets and you've tried things. A rebrand, more content, a new website. Nothing moved. That's usually because the fix went to the wrong pillar. This finds the right one.

A short call to check it's a fit. Then a date.

What to expect
You're ready to get started. What happens next?
1. The Questionnaire
Twenty minutes. Who you serve, what you sell, what you charge, where the last ten projects came from, etc.
2. The Materials
Your website, your last three proposals, your rate card if you have one. An hour to pull together and send it over.
3. The Workshop
One day. We work through the four pillars in order. I ask, you answer, we look at the gap between what you think you sell and what your market thinks it's buying.
4. The Assessment
Within a week: a written summary, the pillar to fix first, and a recommended path. If the recommended path is one of my programs, the €2,000 is credited against it.
