Creative Culture is a two-day intensive workshop plus ongoing support. We start with pre-assessment interviews, then align your team on mission and values, understand how different personalities work together, and build a decision-making framework that frees you from being the bottleneck.

Pre-Assessment

Team Interviews & Personality Audits

Individual conversations with each team member before the workshop. We understand who they are, what they think the bigger mission is, where alignment exists, where it doesn't, and what matters to them. Each person completes a personality audit so we understand their communication style, strengths, and how they work best.

Workshop Day 1

Big Vision, Mission, Purpose & Alignment

Full team together. We articulate the bigger vision and mission. You name your core principles—the operating values that actually guide decisions. Everyone gets clear on what you're all building toward and what matters.

Workshop Day 2

Communication Training & Framework Building

Full team together. We map personality types and communication styles. You learn how to work with each other—not to change anyone, but to stop clashing. We build a decision-making framework: who owns what, who decides what, what needs consensus.

Post-Assessment: Weeks 1–2

Daily Primers

Your team gets two weeks of daily emails. Short, actionable. A daily challenge that reinforces what you learned together. Keeps momentum.

Post-Assessment: Week 3-4

Follow-Up Conversations

Individual check-ins with each team member. How's the new framework working? Where are you still stuck? What's changed? Adjustments as needed.

Duration

2-day workshop with a pre-assesment period of 2 weeks ahead where we interview each employee for 45 minutes. Plus 4 weeks of post-assement activities.

Scheduling

A TBR can usually be scheduled and locked in on the calendar within 1-3 weeks, depending on the time of year.

Participation Requirements

Entire team attends both workshop days. (Typically 3–8 people.)You attend pre-assessment interviews, both workshop days, and all follow-up conversations.Everyone reads the daily primers.

Cost

€6,000, for firms of up to 5 people. Each employee above that number adds €300. So, for example, a practice with 10 peple would pay €9,000.

Payment Terms

Prepaid and non-refundable. Via wire, ACH, check, or credit card (+3%).
