I'm based in Sydney, Australia. I like coffee and champagne equally. I believe running a creative business should be fun - and wildly profitable.
I know what it feels like when the business is running you - instead of the other way around. I had become a victim of my own success, and it sucked.Instead of giving up or settling for "good enough", I built through it. I invested in myself, devoted all my time to scaling up business and upgrading my identity...without losing myself in the process. Now I spend my days helping photographers, designers, consultants and agency owners do the same.No bro marketing or icky tactics. Just strategy that actually fits creative humans like you.

For years, I thought running a better studio meant having better answers.
Better creative.
Better positioning.
Better sales.
Those things mattered. But over time I noticed something more important.
Every stage of a creative business asked something different of its founder.
Not more effort. A different person. I lived this while building Impossible Pictures. After exit I spent the next twelve years advising hundreds of creative founders around the world. Different companies. Different countries.
Same pattern.
Businesses weren’t stuck because they lacked tactics. They were stuck because the founder had not yet become the person the next stage required.
That realization changed everything.
I came to call it Creative Foundership… the discipline of developing the judgment required to pilot a creative business through changing conditions.
Everything I build today exists to help founders practice that discipline. Because every stage asks the same question:

I am serious about coffee, good wine, sashimi and any movie that Denzel Washington is in. When we aren't at the office, you can likely find us at one of our favourite cafes in Potts Point, Sydney.

Nath and I are both musicians. Nath plays drums and I was in a family band with my 3 sisters and two of my brothers. We toured all over USA in a van and it was wild. If you’re curious, you can listen here.

Before I started my business I worked for a coffee roaster in sales. I ended up taking over their marketing and all these years later, here I am!
