Three Steps

Step 1

Leadership Audit

Your leadership story, mapped. What shaped you, what you've learned, what matters, what you refuse to compromise on.
Step 2

Book Structure

The spine, built together. Chapters that flow from who you are → what you do → why it matters → what you believe.
Step 3

Guided Writing

Biweekly calls. You write between them. We discuss what's on the page, refine the thinking, move forward. You do the writing. I guide the thinking.

Every experienced creative is sitting on an asset they've never written down.

The way you think. The pattern you've seen a hundred times. The method you use without naming it. Expertise extracts it, names it, and turns it into the thing clients pay for before the work starts.

What it is

An IP extraction process. We interview you until the method is on the table, then structure it into a named framework — something with a shape, a sequence, and a reason it works. You leave with your model, a way to explain it in five minutes, and the outline of the essay, talk or workshop that carries it.

Why it's needed

Positioning says you can think. Expertise proves it. Without a named model, "strategy" is a word on your website. With one, it's a thing a client can buy.

How to get started

A short call. Positioning first if you don't have it — a model without a position is a method nobody asked for.

Who it's for

Creatives with ten or more years in, who solve the same problem in a way they can't yet explain.

When the time is right

There are many symptoms that might signal the need for Expertise, including:

Clients say "we love how you think" and hire you to execute
You've explained your approach a hundred times and never written it down
You lead people and can't articulate what you stand for
"Strategy" is on your website and nowhere else
You've been asked to speak and had nothing to say
Your best thinking lives in old decks nobody reads

What to expect

1. Agreement and intake

You'll receive an agreement and NDA and the invoice.

2. Materials

Any decks, notes, talks or half-written articles where you've tried to explain how you work.

3. Extraction Sessions

Six sessions of ninety minutes. I ask, you talk, I map. By session three the shape is visible.

4. Writing structure

We build the structure of your book together. Clear chapters that flow from who you are → what you do → why it matters → what you believe.

5. Guided writing

Biweekly coaching calls where we discuss what you've written, refine your thinking, and move forward. You do the writing. We guide the thinking.

6. Refinement and polish

Once drafted, we refine for clarity and impact. This is your leadership statement—it needs to be clear.

7. Launch and integration

Your finished book. How to use it inside your organization. How it changes your leadership presence.

8. Publishing (Optional)

Not included and optional is a publishing service. Means we poublish your book, or record your Thought Leader interview or book you on a stage.
