OFF-SITES

PARADISO WEEKS

A 3-5 day off-site program designed to transform how your team works together. Your team leaves as something different than they arrived.

Request a workshop >

We take your team out of the office to a new city—Spain, Mexico, or elsewhere—and create an intensive experience where personal connection replaces professional distance. Through structured conversations, shared activities, and deliberate time for people to be known, your team bonds at a level that doesn't happen in conference rooms. The result: teams that fight for each other, take ownership, and eliminate the friction that slows everything down. You come as coworkers. You leave as a team.

Why do it now

A curated 3-5 day off-site experience in a destination city where your team gets to know each other as people, not just colleagues. We design every day. We handle logistics. You provide the team. Each day includes structured time for people to share their stories, lead activities, and connect. We layer in sports, creative workshops, cultural experiences—galleries, artist talks, meals together. The framework creates space for genuine conversation and trust-building that transforms how people work together.

Who it’s for

Creative teams, leadership teams, entire studios or departments who want to move from coexistence to genuine collaboration. Teams of 8-30 people.

Why it’s needed

Your team is siloed. People don't know each other beyond their functional roles. When friction happens, there's no relational foundation to navigate it. Team members aren't self-reliant—they're waiting for decisions from above. Bottlenecks exist because people aren't fighting for shared goals. You're managing personalities instead of leading a unified team.

How to get started

With a conversation. We talk about your team size, dynamics, and what you're hoping will shift. Then we propose a destination, dates, and structure tailored to your group.

When the time is right

When you notice people aren't bonded across roles. When friction between team members is slowing work. When you realize your best people could be more self-reliant and autonomous. When you want your team to actually want to work together.

What Changes

Teams that go through Paradiso Weeks typically report:
Increased trust and psychological safety.
Faster decision-making because people understand each other.
Less drama around personality clashes.
People taking more ownership and responsibility.
Fewer bottlenecks because people are fighting for shared goals.
Leadership naturally emerging from the team.
