YOU KNOW THERE'S ANOTHER LEVEL

You feel it. That invisible ceiling you keep bumping your head against. You're good at what you do. Really good. Your work is solid. Clients respect you.But something's stuck. You're still executing. Still chasing projects. Still watching studios that don't seem any better than you land the big work, sit at the table earlier, get actual creative freedom instead of executing someone else's vision. And you know why. Deep down, you know.So here's the question: when a client describes what you do to someone else, what do they say? If the answer is a list of things you make, that's your ceiling. Not your work.It isn't your portfolio. It isn't that you need better case studies or a redesigned website. It's that you're still positioning yourself as someone who makes things. At the next level, where the better clients and the real budgets are, your portfolio matters far less than you think. At the next level, clients call because of how you think. Because you have a perspective. Because they want your brain in the room before anything gets decided — not your hands executing their decisions after.

The Budget Ceiling

We've been taught there are two paths: stay freelancing and stressed, or scale into an agency with payroll, meetings and margins thinner than you had solo. There's a third. The 1-10 person boutique studio running a premium process. What stops most people getting there is a chain. You're known as an executor, so you keep your opinions to yourself. Nobody knows what you stand for, so they don't hand you strategy. You're never in the room where the number gets decided, so the ceiling holds.Change the first link and the rest follows. Known as a strategist, you say what you think. People know what you're for. They bring you in to decide, not deliver. You're in the room before the budget exists, and the budget moves. That's the whole mechanism. It's just invisible from where you're standing, because you can't see your own position from inside it.Sagmeister. Rubin. Pentagram. The studios that don't chase clients — the ones clients chase. They're there because they're known for their thinking. Their perspective. The way they see problems nobody else sees. Here's what most creatives do instead: they try to climb out of execution by doing more execution. Better portfolio. Fancier case studies. More polished everything. It doesn't work. The market already knows you as someone who executes. You can't polish your way out of that. You have to position your way out.And positioning out of execution isn't about proving you can execute better. It's about proving you can think differently. Here's the thing: you already do think differently. You have real perspectives. Real opinions about how work should be done, why certain decisions matter, what actually moves the needle. You just haven't learned how to talk about it yet. That's what the next level requires. And that's what this is.

TWELVE WEEKS, FOUR ASSETS

Four assets that exist at the end and didn't exist at the start.

Asset 1

Your Positioning

We work out where you actually fit. Not what sounds clever. What matters in your market, and the real problem you solve that nobody else is solving the way you would. Then you write your manifesto. Your take, in your voice. That's what makes the right people recognise you.
Asset 2

Your Offer

What makes someone trust you enough to hire you? What's the real offer — the one that opens the door to the bigger conversation, rather than the one that gets quoted against three others? We build it together. What you actually deliver matters.
Asset 3

Your Content Playbook

What you publish. When. Where. How often. Most creatives don't publish because they're not sure what they'd claim. So you end up known for your work and unknown for your head.We turn your position into a rhythm you can hold. One idea a week, in your voice. Not thought leadership — just you, thinking out loud about the things that matter in your work. When people know what you think, they call you for it. And there's nothing left to pitch.
Asset 4

Your Outreach Blueprint

How you actually meet people. Who you reach. How you open a conversation. Most of us wait — for the referral, the agent, for someone to remember our name at the right moment. So we build a real process for reaching the people who hire people like you. Not spam. Real relationships, started before there's a brief attached.

HOW IT WORKS

Twelve weeks. This is the rhythm.

We start Ocotber 13th with a Kickoff call. We take two weeks break over Xmas. We finish January 29th. (Twelve working weeks across fifteen. You don't pay for the two weeks we're off.) Your perfect start into the new year.

Week 1 — Kickoff call. We meet, work out where everyone actually is, and start on the first asset.

Every Friday — The challenge drops. One asset, one week, due Sunday in the group.

Every Thursday — Live call. You bring your questions — about the challenge, about a client, about pricing, about whatever's actually stuck — and I answer them. No question is too small or too specific.

In between — Office hours in the group chat. Ask when you're stuck, not when the calendar says so. I answer there too.

Monthly — A guest from my network. Past guests include Danae Gosset, PJ Richardson, Radim Malinic, Santiago Carrasquilla, Enric Godes and Héctor Ayuso.

Week 12 — You leave with four assets and a position. The community stays open at €100/week if you want to stay.

Three to five hours a week. You won't need to step away from client work — but you will need to turn up.

THE ROOM

Thirty people. Not three, and not three hundred.Three is a coaching call. Three hundred is a course with a chat attached.Thirty is the number where you get asked something you hadn't thought of, by someone whose situation is close enough to yours to matter — and where there are still enough of you that the questions cover ground none of you would have found alone.Every one of them has been doing this for years. Every one of them is stuck on some version of the same thing. And every question asked in that room gets answered.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE AFTERWARDS

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

One member went from €5k budgets to €20k. One landed a retainer after years of project-to-project.One repositioned from agency to studio and told me they could close the year genuinely proud of themselves, which was the first time.

Bianca said: "I found myself."

Tavis: "Transformative three months. I'd recommend it to anyone feeling stuck."

Florian reconnected with the reason he started, and rebuilt a practice that makes sense to him.

The money stuff is real, but it's not what most people lead with.

Nine out of ten tell me the same thing: they finally feel allowed to be themselves in a business that mostly rewards performing.

Turns out that's worth more to them than the numbers.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You've been executing for years. Your craft is solid. You want better clients with real budgets, and you want to be known for how you think. You're tired of being last in the room. You want to be first.

Not for you if: you're looking for more clients at the same budget, or you want someone to build it for you. That's the advisory, not the accelerator.

I need to be clear about something

My job isn't to make you feel good. It's not to help you chase your big dream and tell you it's all possible if you just believe harder.

My job is to tell you the truth. What works. What doesn't. Sometimes that means telling you your positioning is off. Sometimes it means saying your perspective isn't fully developed yet and what's missing.

I won't soften it. You don't need softening. You need honesty. That's what I'm offering.

YOUR HOST: MARKO PFANN

I've made most of these mistakes already

I started as a maker, because that's what I was good at.

In 2012 I built a motion studio. We branded sixty-odd TV stations, picked up twenty-something awards, grew to thirty-plus people on payroll, and hit seven figures quickly.

That's the part worth telling you about, because it's the part that went wrong. Big budgets meant big risk. Big teams meant thin margins. I sold it — and I had clients waiting for me to start the whole thing again, and I said no, because the thought of it made me feel completely empty.

Then I advised a two-person studio stuck at exactly the ceiling you're at.We repositioned them. Executors to guides. One change.

A five-figure execution brief became a seven-figure project with the mandate to lead.

That was twelve years and three hundred studios ago, and the pattern hasn't changed once.

Move the position from executor to strategist, and the budgets move with it.

Twenty-five years in. Two businesses built and sold. Trained in creativity and psychology. Co-founder of Paradiso Institute.

The things people ask me

What actually is this?
Twelve weeks of advisory work with a room of thirty experienced creatives. Not a course. No modules to complete, no certificate at the end. You build four things and you finish with those four things existing.

Who is this for?
Experienced creatives who know their work is good. You've got clients — just not the ones you want, at budgets that don't reflect what you bring. If you're two years in and looking for your first clients, it isn't for you.

How much time does it take?
Three to five hours a week. A live call on Thursday, a challenge on Friday due Sunday, and the work itself. You won't need to step away from client work. You will need to turn up, and the people who don't turn up don't get much out of it. That's not a threat, it's just how it goes.

Do I have to be there live?
No, but the Thursday call is where most of it happens — it's where you get your questions answered. If you miss one, ask in the group chat and I'll answer there.

Thirty people.
Will I actually get my questions answered?Yes. Every question asked on the Thursday call gets answered, and anything that doesn't fit in the hour gets answered in the group. If you want time alone with me on your specific business, that's the private track.

How is this different from a course?
A course hands you information and hopes you apply it. This is twelve weeks where you bring your actual business and your actual questions, and get real answers to them. A course can't see you. I can.

How much does it cost?
€250 a week (€3,000 over twelve weeks). The private track, with three one-to-one sessions, is €500 a week (€6,000 over twelve weeks). You pay weekly. You can cancel anytime.

What if it isn't for me?
Then stop paying and leave. No process, no awkwardness. And if you're unsure before you start, apply anyway — I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, including when the answer is no.

Can’t I just figure this out with AI?
You could. Some people do. Most don't, because the thing in the way is invisible from where you're standing — it's a position, and you can't see your own position from inside it. That's more or less the entire reason this exists.

What kind of results can I expect?
Depends whether you do the work. One member went from €5k budgets to €20k. One landed a retainer after years of project-to-project. Most describe something less measurable: they stop apologising for what they're worth.

Ready?

Thirty places. Applications close October 1st. I read every application myself and come back inside 48 hours either way. If it's a fit, we talk. Me, not a closer. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too, and I'll tell you why.
