Your public leadership starts here

The Executive Coaching program is built for creative leaders in organizations who want to have influence.

There's a myth in corporate creative leadership that goes like this: climb the ladder, build political capital, influence the system from within. Change the org through meetings, alignment, persuasion.

It burns people out.

And it rarely works. After 25 years in the creative industry and watching dozens of talented creatives try to lead inside large organizations, I've noticed something that contradicts everything LinkedIn tells you: the creative leaders who actually changed gained influence weren't the ones fighting the system. They were the ones who left it.

Not physically. Strategically.

We guide you through writing your own leadership book—a playbook of who you are, what you do, your principles, and why it matters. This isn't a strategy guide. It's a statement of values and leadership philosophy. The book becomes your tool for influence inside the organization. Written with clarity and confidence, it shifts how people see you and how you see yourself.Replace your exhaustion with certainty about who you are as a leader. Read a detailed article about creative leaders and public clarity.

What it is

A structured coaching program where you write your leadership playbook.Through a series of guided conversations and writing exercises, you discover and articulate your leadership principles, your values, what you actually stand for, and why it matters. The output is a finished book (80-120 pages) that becomes your leadership statement. It clarifies for others—and for yourself—who you are and what you believe. This book is how you lead inside the organization. Not through meetings. Through clarity.

Why it's needed

You're talented but unclear about your own leadership philosophy. You've been so focused on executing, managing up, and surviving bureaucracy that you've lost sight of what you actually stand for. You want to lead with conviction, not compromise.

How to get started

With a phone call. Or complete the [contact form]. We arrange a time to speak about your situation and whether this program is right for you.

Who it's for

Creative leaders (creative directors, heads of creative, strategists, design leaders) inside large organizations who are ready to define themselves on their own terms.

When the time is right

When you're tired of being defined by the organization's politics. When you want clarity on your own leadership philosophy. When you realize that public certainty about who you are is more powerful than fighting bureaucracy from inside.

What to expect

You're ready to get started. What happens next?

1. Agreement and intake

You'll receive an agreement and NDA. Initial conversation to understand your leadership journey, what shaped you, and what clarity you're looking for.

2. Audit: Who are you?

We map your leadership story. Your principles. What matters to you. What you've learned. What you refuse to compromise on.

3. Writing structure

We build the structure of your book together. Clear chapters that flow from who you are → what you do → why it matters → what you believe.

4. Guided writing

Biweekly coaching calls where we discuss what you've written, refine your thinking, and move forward. You do the writing. We guide the thinking.

5. Refinement and polish

Once drafted, we refine for clarity and impact. This is your leadership statement—it needs to be clear.

6. Launch and integration

Your finished book. How to use it inside your organization. How it changes your leadership presence.
