01 – Creative studio audit

We'll start with an in-depth audit of your creative firm. You talk, I listen. We'll find your weak spots, reveal your current state and future goals and evaluate your resources. You'll experience the benefit of an objective, outside perspective, and walk away with specific suggestions.

02a – Weekly workshop sessions

8 weeks of coaching, in-house or via video calls. You'll learn how to attract a constant flow of dream clients. In weekly exercises, I'll move you through a step by step process. We'll tackle specific problems like positioning, client acquisition, or sales conversations and negotiating.

02b – Implementation guidance

Only when you implement the results of our exercises, will you reap the fruits of our work. In weekly touchstone calls, I’ll guide you through this confusing phase, answering any questions along the way.

03 – Performance review

We want to make sure that our implemented strategy truly works long term. About six months after completion of the program, we'll get back together, and examine your progress and discuss necessary adjustments.
